1. Safety procedures - Amazon warehouses had several osha violations back in the day. Amazon should be implementing more training for the employees to follow as many employees are injured by back pain due to the heavy lifting and bending over for packages. There has been several occasions where employees are harming themselves getting packages out of a truck and carts falling on people (Andy) 
2.  AI Integration - Currently, AI is becoming widely used amongst many companies, as they are learning how to integrate it into the workplace for greater cost-efficiency and efficacy. In order for Amazon to continue being a retail superpower, it is vital that they begin finding ways to use AI to their advantage. (Josiah) 
3. Employee training –Through theoretical training, simulated operation and practical application training, combined with safe operation specifications and continuous tracking, we help Amazon CDW5 employees quickly adapt to new equipment and systems, improve operational skills and ensure safety. This not only helps to improve the efficiency of the warehouse, but also effectively reduces security accidents(Mingkai Liu）
